Starting from January 2025, the method of entering and submitting data on gender equality to the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue will be fully digitalized.
What does this mean for employers?
- Data will be submitted through an electronic database, the Web Application for Electronic Data Collection on Gender Equality, developed as part of the “Support to Social Inclusion in Serbia” project.
- User registration, data entry, and attachment uploads (in PDF format) will be conducted via the Application available at the following link: https://rr.minljmpdd.gov.rs/login.
All employers are required to submit their annual reports on gender equality implementation to the Ministry no later than January 15 of the current year for the previous year – now exclusively via electronic means.
