Tasic & Partners participated in a meeting of the HR Forum Confindustria Serbia, held in Belgrade on September 24th, and spoke on the topic of workplace safety and workplace injuries. Attorney Vanja Stojanovic-Cvetanovski informed participants on the legal framework, as well as on procedures to be followed within a company, when an employee is injured at work. Attorney Marko Damnjanovic presented several case law examples and judical practice and addressed the different procedural aspects of workplace injury and the rights of employees in this regard.
