Law office Tasic & Partners has provided legal advice, counsel and representation to its long-term international client in a restrictive procedure of public-private partnership, worth around EUR 3,5 million. The procedure was conducted in two phases and finalized through an electronic auction, where our client was chosen as the most favourable bidder.
Vanja Stojanović, junior partner at Tasic & Partners that was assigned to this project, has declared that the office had faced numerous challenges during the entire procedure – starting from the initial phase that included preparation of relevant documentation proving the fulfilment of all financial, personnel and technical conditions set out in the tender documents, up to the final phase which included the electronic auction. Tasic & Partners engagement, as Ms Stojanović indicated, also included interpretation and application of relevant regulations and EU Directives, coordination of activities between all the parties involved, but also protection of the rights and interest of the client in the appeal procedure, finalized in favour of the client.
